Technical On-Site Support
A broad IT service where skilled technicians travel directly to a physical location to resolve hardware, software or network issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
I.T. engineering & data center solutions
Technicians on site where your equipment is — backed by multi-vendor maintenance, purpose-built integration and project engineering.
Our services
From sourcing hardware and building it into a Ready Rack through on-site support, maintenance, project work and certified disposal, we cover the full life of the systems you run.

Multi-vendor IT maintenance services — the essential maintenance and support needed to manage your data center, on equipment from HP, Dell, Supermicro, Lenovo and others.
We design and produce a single server or an entire purpose-built system in a rack — what we call a Ready Rack, because it lands on your floor ready for deployment the day it arrives.
Project-based engineering for the work that falls outside a support contract — migrations, deployments, moves, refreshes, assessments and decommissions, delivered by the same engineers who maintain the equipment.
ITAD for equipment at end of life — secure data destruction, audited chain of custody and value recovery on hardware that still has a market. Recycling is processed through certified partners, who issue the certificates for your records.
Servers, storage, networking and components from HP, Dell, Supermicro and Lenovo — new, refurbished or hard-to-find end-of-life parts, quoted against what your environment actually needs rather than a catalog SKU.
Third party vs. OEM support
When an OEM declares equipment end of service life, the hardware doesn't stop working — the coverage does, and renewal quotes climb. Third party maintenance keeps the equipment supported on your schedule instead of the manufacturer's.

Integration center
We design and produce a server or an entire purpose-built system in a rack. We call it a Ready Rack: built, cabled, labeled and burned in here, so install day is plug-in rather than build-out.
Professional services
Migrations, deployments, refreshes and decommissions, scoped as projects and delivered by the same engineers who design, build and maintain the equipment.
Why choose us
We're a team of I.T. engineers, thinkers and creators, constantly evolving our services to reach even higher standards — preparing and innovating our client experience for the future of IT.
We go all in. Every build, every service call, every design review is an opportunity to strive to be better than yesterday.
Coverage & response
We're headquartered in Las Vegas and we service the equipment ourselves across the major U.S. data center corridors. As the large maintenance providers consolidate, our customers stay with a team they can reach directly.
Hardware support provided by an independent engineering team rather than the original manufacturer. It typically covers the same break-fix work — diagnosis, parts replacement, on-site service — under contract terms you negotiate directly, and it's most often used once OEM warranty or support has expired.
Yes. End-of-service-life coverage is one of the most common reasons customers come to us. The manufacturer has stopped selling support for the platform, but the hardware is still in production and still meeting requirements. We keep it covered.
No. Many customers run a hybrid arrangement — newer equipment stays on OEM support while older platforms move to us. We scope coverage around whichever subset of the estate makes sense.
That's the point of multi-vendor maintenance. Rather than tracking a separate contract and renewal date per manufacturer, you hold one agreement with us across the equipment in your racks.
No. We also provide technical on-site support for hardware, software and network issues that can't be resolved remotely, build purpose-built servers and full racks in our integration center, and take on project-based professional services — migrations, deployments, hardware refreshes, site assessments and decommissions — plus IT asset disposition once equipment reaches end of life.
Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Jose and the Bay Area, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Ashburn and New York. If your equipment sits in a colocation facility in one of those metros, we can service it. Multi-site estates spanning several of these markets are covered under a single agreement.
We manage collection, secure data destruction and chain of custody ourselves, then process recycling through certified downstream partners. The certificates of sanitization and recycling are issued by those partners and passed to you for your audit records.
Send us the manufacturer and model, quantity, site location and your target timeline through the form below. An engineer reviews it and comes back with a scoped quote.

Share a few details about the equipment, site or project and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote — not a sales script.
Thanks — your request is with our sales team and we'll be in touch shortly. A copy goes to sales@gmasons.com.
